Knife Sharpener for Ceramic and Steel Blades, Battery-operated

Battery-operated diamond grinding machine ideal for Kyocera ceramic knives.

Care & Use: Hold the knife sharpener with your left hand. Press the "Run" button while inserting the knife blade into the grinding slot. Start with the wide part of the knife, pulling slowly with several strokes to achieve a pronounced sharpness. Repeat this procedure in the other slot to alternate sharpening the sides of the blade.

Requires 4 AA alkaline batteries, not included. The grinding stone cannot be replaced. It removes damage to the knife blade of up to 0.5 mm deep.
