The mill for herbs and spices by Kyocera features an adjustable ceramic grinding gear that simply grinds and pulverises seasonings to the desired granularity without altering their flavour in the process. The ceramic grinding gear gives the grinder a great number of advantages – it doesn’t rust, can be washed and doesn’t alter flavours. The gears are extremely durable and even moist sea salt doesn’t pose a challenge. They are perfect for coarse salt like sea salt, wet salt and Himalaya salt, peppercorns and other spices such as bay leaves, cloves, juniper, coriander, mustard seeds and allspice. Since the ground substances are pulverised, not cut, they produce a particularly intense flavour that gourmands will adore.
